ஹாலிவுட் நிர்வாக தயாரிப்பாளர் நிக் துர்லோவ் ‘விருஷபா’ படத்தில் இணைந்துள்ளார்!

இந்திய திரை ஆளுமைகள் மோகன்லால் மற்றும் ரோஷன் மேகா போன்ற மிகச்சிறந்த நடிகர்கள் பங்கேற்க, சஹ்ரா S கான் மற்றும் ஷனாயா கபூர் ஆகியோர் அறிமுகமாகும், பான் இந்திய திரைப்படமான “விருஷபா” திரைப்படத்தில் அடுத்த ஆளுமையாக  ஹாலிவுட்டிலிருந்து நிர்வாக தயாரிப்பாளர் நிக் துர்லோவ் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் அறிவித்துள்ளனர்.

ஆஸ்கர் விருதுகளை வென்ற Moonlight (2016), Three Billboards Outside Ebbing மற்றும் Missouri (2017)  போன்ற பல ஹாலிவுட் படங்களில் பணிபுரிந்ததோடு, ஹாலிவுட்டில் தயாரிப்பாளராகவும் புகழ் பெற்றவர் நிக் துர்லோவ். ஹாலிவுட் பிரபலமான நிக் துர்லோவ் இணைந்திருப்பதால், விருஷபா படத்தின் தரம் இந்திய அளவை தாண்டி, ஹாலிவுட் அளவில் இருக்கும்.

படத்தின் தரம்  மற்றும் பிரம்மாண்டத்தை ரசிகர்களுக்கு காட்டுவதற்காக, தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் 57 வினாடிகள் கொண்ட ஒரு அறிமுக வீடியோவை வெளியிட்டனர்.  இதில் முன்னணி தொழில்நுட்ப கலைஞர்களின் கை வண்ணத்தில், பிரமாண்ட செட் அமைக்கும் காட்சிகள் இடம்பெற்றிருந்தது. படத்தின் முழுப் பணிகளிலும் பாதுகாப்பு வழிமுறைகள் முறையாக பின்பற்றப்பட்டு வருகிறது .

ஹாலிவுட் திரைப்பட தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் வழக்கமாக பின்பற்றும், இந்த பாணியை இந்தியாவில் பின்பற்றும் முதல் படம் விருஷபா ஆகும்.

படம் குறித்து நிக் துர்லோவ்  பகிர்ந்துகொண்டதாவது.., “விருஷபா எனது முதல் இந்தியப் படம், இப்படத்தில் பணியாற்றுவதில் நான் மிகவும் உற்சாகமாக இருக்கிறேன். ஒரு நிர்வாக தயாரிப்பாளராக, திரைப்படத் தயாரிப்பின் பல்வேறு அம்சங்களில் நான் கவனம் செலுத்துவேன். எனது நாட்டுக்கு வெளியே, ஒரு பன்மொழித் திரைப்படத்தில், பணிபுரிவது இதுவே முதல் முறை இப்படத்தில் பணிபுரிவது மிகப்பெரும் மகிழ்ச்சி.  ஒவ்வொரு படமும் எனக்கு ஒரு புதிய அனுபவமாக இருக்கிறது, எனக்கு ஏதாவது கற்றுக்கொடுக்கிறது அந்த வகையில், விருஷபா படத்தின் அனுபவமும் அசாதாரணமாக இருக்கும் என்று நான் நம்புகிறேன்.”

தயாரிப்பாளர் விஷால் குர்னானி பகிர்ந்துகொண்டதாவது, “நிக் துர்லோவ்  எங்களுடன் இணைந்திருப்பதால், எங்கள் படம் எவ்வளவு  பெரிய பட்ஜெட்டில், எவ்வளவு பிரம்மாண்டமாக தயாரிக்கப்படுகிறது என்பதை ஒருவர் உணர முடியும். ஹாலிவுட் படங்களுக்கு இணையாகத் தயாரிக்கப்படும்  முதல் இந்தியப் படங்களில் விருஷபா  ஒன்றாக இருக்கும், ஹாலிவுட் ஆளுமை ஒருவர் எங்கள் விருஷபா குழுவில் இணைந்திருப்பது எங்களுக்கு அதிர்ஷ்டம்”

ஸ்ரீகாந்த் மேகா மற்றும் ராகினி திவேதியுடன் மெகாஸ்டார் மோகன்லால் & ரோஷன் மேகா, ஷனாயா கபூர் மற்றும் சஹ்ரா S கான் ஆகியோர்  நடிக்கும் “இந்தியாவின் மிகப்பிரமாண்டமான  ஆக்சன் மற்றும் VFX  காட்சிகளுடன் உணர்வுப்பூர்வமான டிராமாவாக இருக்கும்,  2024 இன் மிகப்பெரிய படங்களில் இப்படம் ஒன்றாக இருக்கும்.

விருஷபா திரைப்படத்தை கனெக்ட் மீடியா மற்றும் பாலாஜி டெலிஃபிலிம்ஸ் ஏவிஎஸ் ஸ்டுடியோஸ் இணைந்து வழங்குகின்றன. (ஏவிஎஸ் நிறுவனத்துக்காக) நந்த கிஷோர் இயக்கும் இந்தப் படத்தை அபிஷேக் வியாஸ், விஷால் குர்னானி, ஜூஹி பரேக் மேத்தா மற்றும் ஷ்யாம் சுந்தர் (ஃபர்ஸ்ட் ஸ்டெப் மூவிஸ்)  (கனெக்ட் மீடியா) வருண் மாத்தூர் மற்றும் சவுரப் மிஸ்ரா தயாரித்துள்ளனர்.. தெலுங்கு, மலையாளம் ஆகிய மொழிகளில் ஒரே நேரத்தில் படமாக்கப்பட்டு, தெலுங்கு, மலையாளம், ஹிந்தி, கன்னடம் மற்றும் தமிழ் ஆகிய மொழிகளில் இப்படம் வெளியாகிறது.

Hollywood Executive Producer Nick Thurlow joins the Vrushabha team

The makers of Vrushabha, which boasts of top actors like Mohanlal and Roshan Meka and that which marks the launch of Zahrah S Khan and Shanaya Kapoor on a pan-India level, have now roped in Nick Thurlow as the Executive Producer of their film.

Nick Thurlow, who’s known to have produced and co-produced several Hollywood films in the past, acquired laurels for academy awards winning films like Moonlight (2016) and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017)

With Nick Thurlow now on board, Vrushabha merits itself as a superior quality film being made on the lines of Hollywood cinema.

To showcase the grandeur and the massive scale on which the film is being made, the makers released a 57-second video, displaying the architectural model of the set, meticulously making the crew well versed with the technicalities, the paraphernalia and the protocol to be followed during the entire shooting schedule of the film.

Vrushabha stands to be the first film in India to adopt this style usually followed by filmmakers from Hollywood.

Nick Thurlow shared, “Vrushabha is my first Indian film and I’m very very excited. As an executive producer, I will be looking into the different aspects of filmmaking including creativity. This is my first brush working in a multilingual film that too outside my country and I am absolutely thrilled. Every film is a new experience for me, giving me something to learn and with Vrushabha I am sure the experience will be extraordinary.”

Producer Vishal Gurnani shared, “With Nick Thurlow having teamed up with us, one can only imagine the gigantic scale and grandeur with which our film is being made. Vrushabha is amongst the first Indian films to be made at a scale on par with Hollywood films, and we are fortunate to have someone of Nick’s stature and credibility join Team Vrushabha”
