Samantha and Dev Mohan starrer Shaakuntalam to now release the film in 3D!

The highly-anticipated film Shaakuntalam based on internationally acclaimed Kalidasa’s Sanskrit play ‘Abhijnana Shakuntalam’ which was set to release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam & Kannada on 4th November this year, will now have a new release date. The audience have showered the film with immense love and the makers want to take the mythological drama to the next level. To ensure a bigger and enthralling experience in the world of ‘Shaakuntalam ’ the makers will now be releasing the film in 3D. The makers will complete the 3D version of the film and will soon announce the new release date.

The story of Shaakuntalam portrays the epic love story of Shakuntala and King Dushyant from Mahabharata, portrayed by Samantha and Dev Mohan. The film also has an extremely accomplished star cast consisting of Sachin Khedekar Kabir Bedi, Dr.M.Mohan Babu Prakash Raj, Madhubala, Gautami, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla and Jisshu Sengupta in pivotal roles. Another added attraction to the starcast is icon Star Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha portraying the role of Prince Bharata. Presented by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations in collaboration with Gunaa Teamworks, Produced by Neelima Guna, and Written & Directed by Gunasekhar, the film will release in 3D soon.

உலகப்புகழ் பெற்ற காளிதாசின்  ‘அபிஞான ஷாகுந்தலம்’ எனும் சமஸ்கிருத நாடகத்தினை தழுவி எடுக்கப்படும்  ‘ஷாகுந்தலம்’ மக்களிடையே மிகுந்த எதிர்ப்பார்ப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இந்தத் திரைப்படம் இந்தி, தெலுங்கு, தமிழ், மலையாளம் மற்றும் கன்னடம் என பல்வேறு மொழிகளில் டிசம்பர் 4-ல் வெளியாகும் என படக்குழு முன்னர்  அறிவித்திருந்தனர். ஆனால் தற்பொழுது வேறொரு நாளில் இந்த படம் வெளியாக உள்ளது.

மக்கள் அனைவரும் இப்படத்திற்கு தங்கள் அன்பு மற்றும் ஆதரவை குவித்த வண்ணம் உள்ளனர்.  புராதன கதையை இன்னொரு பரிமாணத்தில் காண்பதற்கு மக்கள் ஆவலுடன் காத்திருக்கின்றனர். மேலும் மெருகேற்றும் விதமாக, இந்த திரைப்படத்தினை 3 டி – யில் வெளியிட உள்ளனர். முழுமையாக 3 டி – யில் படத்தினை எடுத்து முடித்த பின்னரே ரிலீஸ் தேதி வெளியாகும் என படக்குழு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

இப்படத்தின் கதை, உலகப் புகழ்பெற்ற புராதன காவியமான மகாபாரதத்தில் உள்ள ஷகுந்தலை மற்றும் ராஜா துஷ்யந்தன் அவர்களின் காதலை மையமாக வைத்து எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் நடிகை சமந்தா ‘ஷகுந்தலையாகவும்’, தேவ் மோகன், ‘ராஜா துஷ்யந்தனாகவும்’ நடித்துள்ளனர். அழகிய கதைக்களம் என்பதனை தாண்டி, இந்த படத்தில் திறமைமிகு  நட்சத்திர பட்டாளத்தை காணலாம். சச்சின் கேடேகர், கபீர் பேதி, டாக்டர் எம். மோகன் பாபு, பிரகாஷ்ராஜ், மதுபாலா, கௌதமி, அதிதீ பாலன், அனன்யா நாகலா மற்றும் ஜிஷு சென்குப்தா போன்றவர்கள் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர். படத்தின் கூடுதல் ஈர்ப்பாக, நடிகர் அல்லு அர்ஜுனின் மகள் ‘அல்லு அர்ஹா’ இளவரசர் ‘பரதர்’ கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்துள்ளார்.
