National Award winning star Keerthy Suresh will play the protoganist in the upcoming ‘Kannivedi’. The movie’s pooja was held
Dream Warrior Pictures, the production house behind distinctive and successfull films like Joker, Aruvi, Theeran Adhigaram Ondru and Kaithi have roped in Keerthy Suresh to headline their next action thriller ‘Kannivedi’ to be directed by debutant GaneshRaj.
As our society becomes increasingly entwined with technological advancements, Kannivedi shines a spotlight on the potential consequences and offers a exciting, relevant narrative. A women centric story that will take fans on a thrilling trip through a landscape filled with twists and turns featuring Keerthy Suresh in a role that breaks new ground and will showcase her incredible talent that defies audiences expectation.
The Movie’s pooja held earlier at Chennai. Keerthy Suresh, Producers SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabu, Director Ganesh Raj along with the other technicians were present.
Madhesh Manickam is the Cinematographer while JV Manikanda Balaji takes care of the editing. Art Director Sakthee Venkatraj, Action director PC Stunts are all part of the amazing crew. Talking about the movie, Producer SR Prabu said that “Kannivedi combines the best of thrilling storytelling and technology that is relevant, creating an experience that will engage and entertain viewers”.

ரசிகர்களின் நம்பிக்கை பெற்ற திரைப்பட தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனமாக திகழும் ட்ரீம் வாரியர் பிக்சர்ஸ் தொடர்ந்து பல தரமான படைப்புகளை கொடுப்பதோடு, வெற்றிகரமான திரைப்படங்களையும் தயாரித்து வருகிறது. ‘ஜோக்கர்’, ‘அருவி’, ‘தீரன் அதிகாரம் ஒன்று’, ‘கைதி’ என மாபெரும் வெற்றி படங்களை தொடர்ந்து தயாரித்து வரும் ட்ரீம் வாரியர் பிக்சர்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் மற்றொரு புதுமையான கதைக்களம் கொண்ட திரைப்படமாக உருவாகிறது ‘கண்ணிவெடி’.
அறிமுக இயக்குநர் கணேஷ்ராஜ் இயக்கும் திரில்லர் படமான ’கண்ணிவெடி’யில் கீர்த்தி சுரேஷ் முதன்மை கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். பெண் கதாபாத்திரத்தை மையமாக கொண்ட கதையம்சத்தில் உருவாகும் ‘கண்ணிவெடி’ தொழில்நுட்பம், அது சார்ந்து சமூகத்தில் ஏற்படும் நன்மைகள், பிரச்ச்னைகளை வெளிச்சம் போட்டுக்காட்டும் கதைக்களனில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வித்தியாசமான களத்தோடு, ரசிகர்களை விறுவிறுப்பான பயணத்திற்கு அழைத்துச் செல்லும் வகையில் உருவாகும் இப்படத்தில் கீர்த்தி சுரேஷ், உற்சாகமான, அவரது அசாத்திய திறமைகளுக்கு தீனி போடும் கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார்.
இப்படத்தின் பூஜை (ஜூலை 15) சென்னையில் எளிமையான முறையில் நடைபெற்றது. இதில் நடிகை கீர்த்தி சுரேஷ், தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் எஸ்.ஆர்.பிரகாஷ் பாபு, எஸ்.ஆர்.பிரபு, இயக்குநர் கணேஷ் ராஜ் மற்றும் படத்தின் தொழில்நுட்ப கலைஞர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட படக்குழுவினர் கலந்துக்கொண்டார்கள்.
படம் குறித்து தயாரிப்பாளர் எஸ்.ஆர்.பிரபு கூறுகையில், “’கண்ணிவெடி’ திரைப்படம் பரபரப்பான கதை சொல்லல் மற்றும் திறமையான தொழில்நுட்பக் கலைஞர்கள் சேரும் தரமான படமாகவும், திரைப்பட ரசிகரகளுக்கு புதிய அனுபவத்தை கொடுக்கும் வித்தியாசமான படமாகவும் இருக்கும்.” என்றார்.
