சூப்பர்ஸ்டாரின் ஆசியுடன் ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்குனராக அறிமுகமாகும் ஸ்டன் சிவாவின் மகன் கெவின் குமார்!

தமிழ் சினிமாவின் முன்னணி ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்குனர்களில் ஒருவர் ஸ்டன் சிவா. கிட்டத்தட்ட 25 வருடங்களுக்கு மேலாக சினிமாவில் ஸ்டண்ட் துறையில் மிகப்பெரிய பங்களிப்பை கொடுத்து வரும் ஸ்டன் சிவா இன்று தென்னிந்திய திரையுலகில் உள்ள பல முன்னணி ஹீரோக்களின் படங்களுக்கும் சண்டை காட்சிகளை வடிவமைத்து வருகிறார்.
அதுமட்டுமல்ல ஒவ்வொரு சண்டைக்காட்சியையும் வித்தியாசமான முறையில் ரசிகர்கள் விரும்பி ரசிக்கும் வகையிலும், படத்தின் கதை ஓட்டத்திற்கு ஏற்றார்போலவும் வடிவமைப்பதில் வல்லவர்.. சமீபத்தில் வெளியான ருத்ரன், விடுதலை, கஸ்டடி ஆகியவை இவர் ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்குனராக பணியாற்றிய படங்கள் தான். சூப்பர்ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் நடிப்பில் விரைவில் வெளியாக உள்ள ஜெயிலர் படத்திலும் சண்டைக் காட்சிகளை ஸ்டன் சிவா தான் வடிவமைத்துள்ளார்.
இந்த நிலையில் தற்போது ஸ்டன் சிவாவின் மகன் கெவின் குமார் விரைவில் ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்குனராக அறிமுகம் ஆகிறார். கடந்த பல வருடங்களாகவே தனது தந்தையுடன் இணைந்து தென்னிந்திய மொழிகள் அனைத்திலும் ஆக்சன் காட்சிகளில் பணியாற்றியதுடன் அதன் நுணுக்கங்களையும் கற்றுக் கொண்டுள்ளார் கெவின் குமார்.
கடந்த வருடம் தெலுங்கில் வெளியான பாலகிருஷ்ணா நடித்த ‘அகாண்டா’ மற்றும் தற்போது தயாராகி வரும் சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்தின் ஜெயிலர் ஆகிய படங்களில் ஒருசில சண்டைக் காட்சிகளை தானே வடிவமைத்துள்ளார் கெவின் குமார்.
சண்டைக் காட்சிகளை இவர் வடிவமைத்த நேர்த்தியை பார்த்து வியந்துபோன சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினிகாந்த் இவரை பாராட்டி உள்ளதுடன் எதிர்காலத்தில் தமிழ் சினிமாவில் சிறந்த ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்குனராக வரவேண்டும் என தனது ஆசிகளையும் வழங்கியுள்ளார்.
ஸ்டன் சிவா இதுவரை பணியாற்றி வந்த முன்னணி நிறுவனங்கள் சிலவற்றில் கெவின் குமாரை ஸ்டண்ட் இயக்குனராக அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதற்கான பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. விரைவில் இது குறித்து அறிவிப்பு வெளியாகும்.
Superstar Rajinikanth blesses Stun Siva’s son Kevin Kumar as he is all set to debut as stunt director.
Stun Siva is one of the leading stunt directors of Tamil Cinema. He has continued to contribute in the field of stunt/action in cinema for almost 25 years, choreographing fight scenes for many leading heroes in the South Indian film industry.
Apart from that, he is adept at designing each action scene in a way that the fans like and enjoy and suits the flow of the story of the film. The recently released films ‘Rudhran’, ‘Viduthalai’, ‘Custody’ are the films in which he worked as a stunt director. Stun siva has choreographed the fight scenes in the soon to be released Jailer starring Superstar Rajinikanth.
On account of this, Kevin Kumar, the son of Stun Siva, will soon be introduced as a stunt director. Over the years, Kevin Kumar has worked with his father in all South Indian languages and learned nuances of action scenes.
Kevin Kumar has himself choreographed some of the fight scenes in the Balakrishna starrer ‘Akhanda’ that released in Telugu last year and Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer’.
Superstar Rajinikanth, who was amazed by the elegance of his fight scenes, praised him and wished him on becoming a stunt director in Cinema in the future.
Some of the leading companies that Stun Siva has worked with so far are in talks to rope in Kevin Kumar as a stunt director. An announcement regarding the same will be made soon.
